We operate an online platform that allows customers to order prescription and non-prescription medicines and have them delivered through our partner pharmacies: Lifecare Pharmacy (New York), Fulton Drugs (Fulton St), and Best Five Star Pharmacy.

Swiftlii operates as a Business Associate and service provider to our partner pharmacies (each a “Covered Entity”) under HIPAA. We collect and process PHI on their behalf for the purposes of facilitating prescriptions, processing payments, and managing delivery logistics. We are bound by Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) that ensure compliance with HIPAA’s privacy and security requirements.
We may collect your name, date of birth, contact information, address, insurance details, prescription data, payment information, and device/browser details. We distinguish between PHI (health-related) and non-PHI data (technical usage information).
We use your PHI for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. Any other use, such as marketing, requires your written authorization. We adhere to the minimum necessary rule to protect your privacy.
We may share PHI with our partner pharmacies (Lifecare Pharmacy NY, Fulton Drugs, Best Five Star Pharmacy), healthcare providers, or Business Associates for permitted uses under HIPAA. We will never sell your PHI.
You have the right to access, amend, and request restrictions on your PHI; to receive confidential communications; and to file complaints without retaliation.
Swiftlii employs encryption, access controls, employee training, and system monitoring to protect your PHI and ensure compliance with HIPAA’s security standards.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals within 60 days, report the incident to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and take appropriate corrective measures.
